To truly educate children is to grow and develop them in every way possible and while our academic, cultural and sport programmes remain high priorities at Lynford, the opportunities that we create for our children during our Adventure Programme is what defines us as a school.

We are the only primary school in the country that offers self-guided class tours to both Mozambique and Botswana, as well as making use of exciting and local destinations. Our focus on these tours is to ‘spend money where it counts’ and by doing our own catering, tour planning and coordination, we are able to conduct these tours on a shoestring, keeping them affordable to our parents.

Our adventures are designed to take the children out of their comfort zone; developing resilience, adaptability, a love for our continent, fostering teamwork and collaboration and exposing them to life changing experiences.
