Signatures & Indemnity

I, the undersigned hereby indemnify Lynford School, its Staff, the Organizes and Sponsors of the Lynford Clover Country Weekend and any Land/Property Owners on whose land I ride, against any loss, injuries, fatalities or damage what so ever to myself or my property while participating in the Lynford Country Weekend Motor Bike Fun Ride.

Warning: This is a important document, which affects your legal right and obligation. Read it carefully and do not sign it unless you are satisfied you understand it.

Exemption / Disclaimer Clause

I am aware that observing, learning, training and participating in my motorbike racing endurance riding otherwise known as endure riding, off road motorbike on any motorbike being used for or in connection with observing, learning, training and participating in any motorbike racing, endurance riding otherwise known as Enduro riding, off road motorbike is a dangerous undertaking such activities do so at my own risk.

HEREBY AGREE with the person, organizations and bodies corporate whose name appear in Schedule 1(hereinafter called 'the organizer')that I am by this agreement entitled to participate in the motorcycle meeting listed in Schedule 2 (hereinafter called 'meeting ') at the venue listed in Schedule 3 (hereinafter called 'the Venue ')on the terms and conditions set out in this document.

Acknowledgement of risk, dangers and obligations

I acknowledge that motorcycle racing is dangerous and that engaging in the sport and participation in the meeting I take I am exposed to certain risk and dangers and am under certain obligations as follows:
That I may be injured, physical or mentally and may be killed;
That my machinery or equipment may be damaged, lost or destroyed;
That other competitors may ride dangerously or with lack of skill:
That tack or event conditions may be hazardous and may vary without warning or predictability;
That organizers, officials, land owners/ track operators and any agents or representative of those in charge of race meeting are frequently obliged to make decisions under pressure of time and / or events;
That any policy of or in respect of my life or physical or mental health may be avoided;
That I have an obligation to myself and to others to complete safety and within the rules of this competition.

Indemnity given to organizers

In consideration of the acceptance of me as an entrant in the race meeting I agree to indemnity the organizers and each of them in the following matter, that I participate in the meeting at my sole risk and responsibility, that I accept the venue as it stands with all and any defect hidden or exposed. That I indemnity and hold harmless the organizer, their respective servants, agents or officials
